Our search to find free zunes was started when a subscriber emails us with the following amusing story:

In an amazing twist, Microsoft is offering free iPods as their prize

While this is amusing it also shows that Microsoft are keen to win over Apple users to Microsoft. After all, if you want to catch a Tiger you had better put out meat! 

The story inspired us to go on the hunt to find more great ways to get a free Zune. The results are a selection of interesting - and sometimes challenging - contests that are on offer at this time. Some end soon - so get to it! But the picking were slim - this is pretty much all that is on offer at this time!

Free videos can often be fairly amateurish - for obvious reasons (no cash inflow from sales!) So we were delighted to discover Wizzard Media where we can download lots of excellent videos to our Zune.

Regulars to this site will have noticed some terse remarks concerning how Apple is currently behaving in the market place!! So it will not surprise you that I just had to post the following image. Big thumbs up to wheresthebeef.co.uk for this great image!  It shows that we at WOWZUNE are not the only ones taken aback by Apple's current aggressive marketing ploys. We just wonder how they are getting away with tactics that make Microsoft (past Machiavellian tricks) look like an Angel??
